Vistalizator is a free and legal way to bypass the restrictions placed on your operating system by Microsoft whereby you are able to install and use different language packs on Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 for free.
Though the actual language packs aren't included with Vistalizator, they are freely available from Microsoft.
One of the times where Vistalizator comes in handy is when you purchase a laptop in a country where they don't speak your native language; in many cases, you are not given the ability to choose your keyboard layout or your system language because the version of Windows is more often than not Windows Home editions.
Highly recommended if you need to install a different language on Windows.
